1.2 Information we collect To deposit an INTERAC Email Money
Transfer you first register with Acxsys.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Acxsys is committed to protecting both the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.
In order to operate the INTERAC Email Money Transfer service, in accordance with Federal Law,
and to reduce the risk of fraud, Acxsys asks you to provide us information about yourself and about your bank account.

and institution number for the bank account where the funds are to be deposited. This information is used by Acxsys

To further protect against fraud, Acxsys asks you to provide one piece of identification.
At this time, Acxsys will accept a Canadian social insurance number or a credit card number.

Acxsys will not bill your credit card. Acxsys uses your identification number only for verification purposes

TRANSACTION INFORMATION:
Acxsys tracks each INTERAC Email Money Transfer sent or received through its network.
This information includes the payment amount, expiry date of the INTERAC Email Money Transfer, name of the originating financial institution,
current payment status and status history of the payment. For both Sender and Recipient, Acxsys records a name,
email address and any messages associated with the transfer.
INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES:
To protect all users against potential fraud, we use third parties to verify the information you provide.
In the course of this verification, we receive personally identifiable information about you from such services.
In particular, if you provide credit card information, we will use authorization and fraud screening services
of third parties to verify that your card information and address match the information that you supplied to Acxsys
and confirm that the card has not been reported lost or stolen.
INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED:
Like many Web Sites, this Web Site automatically collects non-identifiable information regarding Internet visitors,
such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, the IP address of your Internet Service Provider,
the date and time you access the INTERAC Email Money Transfer site, the Internet address of the Web Site
from which you linked directly to the INTERAC Email Money Transfer site, the operating system your computer is using,
