You can retrieve your history of Interac Email Money Transfers for a period of up to 13 months.
After 13 months have passed, we archive your transfer information. For more information, please see the
"Information Retention" section of our Privacy Policy.
On the Transfer History screen, all of your transfers are listed in reverse chronological order with
the most recent one appearing at the top of the first page. There are 2 transfers displayed per screen.
Click "more" to view previous transfers and their details. Click on the reference number to view
the transfer status history for any transfer.
The following information is listed for each individual Interac Email Money Transfer:
- Reference Number (unique identifier for each individual transfer)
- Sent to (your name, as set up by the sender)
- From (sender’s name)
- Amount
- Service Fee
- Total Deposit (amount less the service fee)
- Deposited To (your bank account and account number)
- Date (on which you requested the deposit)
- Transfer Status
